Background: Fei Xing-Li is a young Martial Artist that have learned the ways of Hù Chén Style (Frozen Earth Style), using an Ice-made Bo Staff in her fighting style. She was a pupil to a traveling Martial Artist Master that was returning to his temple but had took her in as a child, seeing as a child that doesn't have anywhere else to go due to her not having any parents and have to fend off on the streets as a child. They both met under the circumstances at a restaurant that Fei tried to sneak food from his plate, which then the Restaurant owner wanted to punish her for it. The Master decided to pay for her food too. Then the rest is history....
Fei had followed the Martial Artist Master back to his temple when then she became a pupil for him and his small Martial arts school of the Hù Chén Style. Gradually over time, she became one of the best pupils they had to offer from that school. Fei had seen the Master like a father to her and respected him greatly.
One day, many years later, Fei and the Master traveled to visit the Master's old friend in some isolated mountain region far from the citites that there lies a Shaolin Monk Temple. Fei was anxious to see if there are any pupils who are close to her age that she could spar with, if the masters allowed it. This is where she had met Vena Xiao Fang. She and Vena had a sparring match that the masters allowed it for their pupils to experience what is it like to fight a different style for once and what to learn from it. Vena and Fei both founded out that they're just about evenly-matched but were insisted to keep on going, trying to not to let their own masters down. Their Masters cut the match before the match was going to get too serious, praising them both for their efforts. Though this match only served for Fei to see Vena as a personal rival for her and told Vena that the next time that they met, she'll be stronger and more skilled, so she better prepared herself for that day. Vena acknowledges her challenge for the next time they met, they'll have a rematch.
A few years later, in Viridian City where Vena Xiao-Fang was now attending PCA, when Vena was hanging out with Rachael and Celine on the streets of Viridian City, She appeared before them.......

Combat: Fei Xing-Li uses Ice-Based Techniques to go along with her Martial Arts. She mainly likes to make use of the Ice Staff that she creates when she fights.
