Simon Dell is a famous werewolf chef who is also the head chef of the successful restaurant “La Pleine Lune Famg”
Simon became a werewolf at 20 after H.A.W.L.S became successful with their research being sent to the government. Which led to humans and werewolves living together side by side. Simon had a friend who became a werewolf, so he decided to become one and told his friend to bite him.
Before becoming a werewolf, he had a strong love for cooking and wanted to one day open a restaurant.
When he became a werewolf, his friend taught him how to hunt animals in the forest. Simon took this to advantage to use his hunting techniques as a werewolf to collect meat and experiment with tastes by cooking it and using herbs he could find. When he ate what he cooked, he realized that werewolf hunted and cooked animal meat was good. He then opened a small stand for people, human and werewolf to try his cooking. Surprisingly, they loved it. Nobody in the world knew meat that would be hunted and cooked by a werewolf would be delicious.
15 years later, he opened the very first restaurant where the food was caught and cooked by werewolves. Human and werewolves were welcome to eat there. The restaurant grew to become a massive success. And Simon became the very first werewolf chef in existence.
