Absolute Oblivion
This is the final battle theme for Nül that takes place At the End of all Things. Nül is the collective of nothingness and has ended life a seemingly endless amount of times before. Standing before Nül, Exias sees his past selves, and learns how he has failed every time beforehand, be it in battle, or by agreeing with Nül's philosophy, which is that the only way to achieve true balance when life spirals into chaos is by wiping it from existence. While Nül is not evil per se, Nül is the anti-existence, and extremely powerful. As Nül has no physical form, the battle takes place in pitch black darkness. As the fight is against a seemingly insurmountable foe, who cannot be seen, and one that you can feel the overwhelming power emitting from, the battle theme needed to mirror that. This song is loud, ambient, dark, and heavily distorted. Numerous effects were used to mangle these sounds to match the energy of Nül.
