There's actually some residential area up there. Canada is nice, if you can live through the snow. We got a good two feet of it this past winter. And it keeps coming back.
Other than that, it's a nice place to live. I happen to live about half an hour from that place. Not sure if anything is for sale up there, but if you want, I think I can keep an eye on the market for you.
