Guys its literally been SEVEN YEARS since this boy got a reference sheet. Literally EVERYONE ELSE has gotten some form of a ref. But this poor boy.... he's been waiting so very very long.

Personality: TJ is a laid-back goof ball with a sympathetic heart for people and animals. He's hilarious, always making his friends laugh with either a stupid joke or a funny meme he found online. He has a meme for literally everything and is a quote machine. He has a big heart for kids and animals especially. He literally cries watching dog videos online all the time. He's very sensitive, cries a lot but tries to wait till he's alone to do so. He hates having to be alone, being trapped in his own thoughts. He doesn't trust himself alone not to hurt himself, so he distracts himself with music, comics, video games, or anime. Spider-Man is his favorite thing, he could talk about Spider-Man literally all day so don't get him started. He's a big music buff knowing pretty much any musical artist you can name. He is very talented musically, being able to play piano, guitar, bass, and drums. If you hand him any instrument he can probably learn to play it in a few hours. He has a pretty singing voice and a talent for writing lyrics. He helps write and compose a lot of the Midnight Scars songs. He suffers from bipolar depression and anxiety but tries not to show it. His neck scars give away his past but his big smile tells a different story. He's friendly, being buddies with everyone and cheerful. He's fun to be around and very go with the flow so able to get along with. He is a good listener and tries to encourage others that no matter what things will be better. He can be clingy and obsessive about people. He has to be told to leave or go home because he'd rather be hanging out with his friends than anything else. He means well but he can be slightly emotionally draining. He is religious, believing in God and considering himself a Christian. He doesn't show it right away and believes if someone wants to know more or want his religious guidance that then is the right time to give it. He's not one to shove his believes down people's throats and answer with God can fix anything and is ALWAYS the answer. He respects that it's not for everyone.

Backstory: TJ was the last born of his extremely wealthy family. His oldest sibling being his brother Tobias then his older sister Harper. During what should have been a fun wintery day the three of them were ice skating on ice that was just slightly too thin. TJ's older brother, Tobias could hear the ice cracking under their feet and in an effort to save his little siblings shoved them as hard as he could to get them off the ice. He tragically fell through the ice and died. He was thirteen, TJ was eight and their sister Harper was ten. This death heavily impacted his mother, she blamed TJ and only TJ for this death. She attempted to turn TJ into his older brother to deal with her trauma. Tobias was very intelligent, athletic, well mannered. TJ on the other hand was severely dyslexic, had ADHD, was much more interested in video games and music, and was more of a free-spirited kid. She tried her best to mold TJ into the child she lost, causing him major depression and anxiety at a young age. At age thirteen his suffering began to reach a peak. He started to self harm and eventually attempted suicide by hanging. His sister Harper just so happened to catch him in his attempt and rescued him. At the hospital his mother started with "Tobias would never do something so selfish" this is when his sister lost it. She told her mother exactly what caused TJ to want to end his own life. She should be thankful she still has one son and that she is the one who pushed him to this point. It did sink in a little for his mother, she backed down a little but still expected the absolute best from him.
TJ did poorly in school, B and C student at best. He was more interested in music and hanging out with his childhood friends Stretch and Rico. He was also friends with Kat and Jenni and even met Sunny in high school. He also started to date a girl named Clarice. They were the typical high school romance, felt like they were the ultimate lovers and could never be separated. They probably would have stayed together forever. Everyone agreed they were perfect for each other. Their junior year of high school, however, Clarice suddenly disappears without a word to anyone. TJ couldn't get any info on her disappearance and fell into a very heavy depression. With the help of Stretch and Sunny he was able to stay afloat. He also had his sister on his side and eventually started diving deeper into his faith in God to help with his struggles. TJ, Stretch, and Sunny started the Midnight Scars their last year of high school and continued working on it after school. Once Rico returns he also joins the band and eventually moves in with TJ to help keep his friend from losing hope. TJ still struggles from time to time but overall tries to keep a positive attitude. He doesn't want anyone to suffer like he did tries to show his thanks to his friends for helping him by being the clown of the group. He is doing much better these days and hopes to find Clarice and be with her once more. But for now, he is happy making his friends laugh and making music for the Midnight Scars.
