I imagine this could be a follow up to the previous picture, Giran having been quite tired after having to hold the boulder up while getting tickled. He'd probably want to relax and maybe see how long he can take getting tickled and if there's any tickle spots he doesn't know about in case he finds himself in another ticklish situation. Here I think the main things Giran would have discovered are he's ticklish pretty much everywhere and that he really enjoys it.
It's nice to see another tickle picture with Giran and in this one tail and chin tickling which you don't see very often. Though seeing how ticklish Giran is I imagine he'd even be ticklish on his wings.
