What will probably wind up being a lifelong project.... My 1971 Dodge Demon 340.
It ran when I bought it, but for some unknown reason I got it in my head to pull the engine and rebuild it, take the shift kit out of the transmission (because I hate the way it kicks going from 1st to 2nd. You drag nuts can bitch all you want about me taking it out; I don't want whiplash from driving down the street.). Well..... three years later, it still as the same crappy Maaco paint (yeah, that's supposed to be green), it has no engine or trans, and the interior still smells as funny as the day I bought it. :( Sad what a lack of money can do to a great car. So this one will be a project for a while.

Actually after having sat for a while, it's starting to look yellow. >.> >_< 'Nother sign of a crappy Maaco paint job. That's ok. One of these days, when we hit the lottery, I'ma have Chip Foose pimp it out and make it look badass. ^.^
Or I can just keep dreaming, and hope that we can find a house with a garage where I can at least store it indoors. >_<
