This actually happened to me in Second Life.
I bought a new nifty-looking jacket and put it on an avatar of my cute spotted blue vixen character. Normally flatchested, I was surprised to find she suddenly had a pair of double Ds. It turned out the jacket came with a prim bosom, and I attached the whole folder to my avatar.
