Leo and Rufus got busted by the highway patrol or, more accurately, Leo got busted and Rufus got caught in it.
This presumably happened before they took the road together. These characters are apparently building up a story when I'm not looking; it's most puzzling.

This one took an insane amount of time considering the mediocre result, and it's dirty, too. I'm just showing it off because I think the cats look funny with their hands on the hood of a car (yes, that's what it is, I'm lazy).
