To put it Simply, an Outgrower is a gigantic being who grows too big for their universe. Under the right circumstances anybody could end up becoming an Outgrower. All Outgrowers start off as ordinary beings living their lives, when through various methods they begin to grow in size. The more power hungry the being, the bigger they get and more likely they are to become an Outgrower. Eventually that being will get so big that they fuse with the very universe they originated from. Once they reach a certain size, the transformation is complete and a new Outgrower manifests. An Outgrowers appearance always determines what universe and planet it originated from, but all Outgrowers always have a body composed of stars and galaxies. It is impossible for an outgrower to get any bigger, otherwise thier forms would get incredibly thin and would disintegrate. When one becomes an Outgrower, there is no way to turn back. To the inhabitants of the universe turned Outgrower, that being is said to simply disappear while life carries on without them.

Those who still live in their universe have no idea that their universe is merely a tiny section of an Outgrowers body. Others have many theories as to what becomes of these colossal gigantic beings. Some believe that beings who get too big create new elements that make new cosmic bodies, while some believe that their spirits transcend to become gods. The latter is believed to be the most widely accepted theory on Outgrowers.

All outgrowers reside in a void that oversees all reality. It is unclear how many Outgrowers exist. Some people say there are as few as 3 while others say there are billions of them. The Outgrowers who reside in this void end up doing one of two things. One option is that they mingle with Other outgrowers. This can range from simply sharing stories and knowledge to straight up intimacy. All outgrowers try to resist the latter as such gargantuan cosmic chaos can cause their forms to destabilise and turn into comic dust which shapes new universes. Although this act is the ultimate thrill to an Outgrower, it can also wind up being the end of them.

Or the second and more accepted option is that they simply enter a Meditative state and take up the mantle of Gods in their universe. In this state they almost never interact with anyone ever again, simply shaping reality to their whim and amusement.

As stated before, anyone who isn’t careful could end up becoming an outgrower. Who knows… you could become one too. What will you do?… whatever happens… it’s your choice. We won’t have the power to stop you.
