Art by the very talented silipinfox1298 - part 2 of a gear trade
Photographed in Fall of 2021, this is another "art into the photograph", a blending of my photographic skill and portrait work plus fine furry art. Alligators need water, it's just our thing. This old fiberglass spa was made in 1993, and the shell is great, but the rest needed yet another refresh, this time including the pipes, fittings, AND the wood cabinet itself. First, I cut the old tubes, next I removed all the jet fittings. Then I trimmed the foam away, re-piped and re-jetted everything, and finally, rebuilt the wood box it sits in. It was a huge amount of work, but the old boat is leak free at last. No small wonder I put in this much time refurbishing it, I spend about 2.5-3 hours every day soaking in it. It's divine.
That pipe cutter tool in my paws is big, it cuts up to 2.5 inch diameter pvc and flex pipe. Note the smaller one on the ground, that one is good for only 1 inch pipe. RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB...
