Line art pretty much is just a penned (and sometimes pen-shaded) copy of the artwork. Literally lining the sketch beneath with ink, and (sometimes) erasing the sketch lines beneath it. I make line arts so that I might have something to try digital artwork with someday if I decide to try it.
