A most depraved Velstrac Termagant. As a Termagant, she is always pregnant with future Velstracs and has the ability to take live victims into fetid womb and turn painfully-for-them and pleasurably-for-her transform them into Velstracs, a process most don't survive. Those who perish become meat for her nearly-mindless brood.
Alternatively know as (translated from the Velstrac tongue):
"Mother of Blood" among the Phylacators for her habit of asking for prisoners to convert to her children. The Phylacators almost always oblige, usually with particularly stubborn or rude captees.
"The Flesh Renewed" among the Interlocutors for asking for patients, again to make into her children, and for her frequent requests for transformative surgeries, which the demented Interlocutors are more than happy to fulfill.
"The Reborn Village" among Velstracs in general for taking entire villages for herself to be remade into her children.
Pathfinder and related materials needs to be separated from Paizo Publishing by Child & Family Services.
