''Red Bat's Curtain'' -- An homage to ''Castlevania''
🦇 I am a real sucker when it comes to Castlevania games, especially the fourth one on the SNES. I have the first NES game on my Wii U, the European version of the third game, Dracula's Curse (although I would rather have the Japanese version instead due to less severe difficulty spikes and better sounding music), and SCV4, which, I think is my favorite of the classic Castlevania games due to the atmospheric soundtrack and interesting new locations found throughout the game, like the Library or the Treasure Room.
🦇 Now for the reason I have these blood-red curtains hanging from the wooden fence next to my bed -- it is because my parents decided to remove them from their original spot down in the living room, because they were planning on expanding the living room, adding an entire dang room next to the kitchen as well as opening up the room in-between the two areas, and even adding an entire kitchen bar! So, for some reason, without me getting to play a role in the whole moving-stuff-from-place-to-place scenario mind you, they simply went and put these curtains into my room and just... slapped them next to my bed; they didn't even put in the effort of making a proper decision on where to put them in the first place! On the long term though, I'm not complaining, since it eventually inspired ME to take a picture of the dang result of it and put in some elements that at least REMINDED me of the Castlevania franchise, even though I only came up with that idea later down the line. Because, let's be real -- It's always satisfying when you manage to successfully take advantage of curtain, ehh... certain outcomes of situations you weren't so keen on several moments before!
