People have always joked or questioned whether or not Lucario's has pants or not under that chest fluff but I think the only answer is both! XD
Arsino recently from a friend of his during his travels in town with some other pokemon he meets up even when his trainer not close by would hang out with. But when his trainer who Ive yet to reveal his appearance as still development for Rock Bros, Arsino is one of the Rock Bros rivals, Keldyn the Tyrantrum mainly.
But one day, one of Arsino's pal introduce some training pants for him that looks exactly like his upper leg body even fluffy looking when nicely combed, but I guess his trainer has now just realized he tries on the pants one night as they were planning a night out at a random gathering hang out. XP
Let me know if you guys got a good laugh out of it, or maybe just completely shocked. Heheheh!
