Love how helpless Spike looks here while being firmly strapped to the chair. The way he wiggles with his hands is quite adorable. Especially loving how his chubby belly got tightly strapped to chair. The spreader bar is keeping his feet nicely in place. Must be very humiliating for him to be wearing that pet collar. Best part of course is that he is gagged while getting mercilessly tickled by the magical feathers in all the right areas.
