All animals need a certain amount of fat tissue to be healthy. Fat tissue provides energy storage and protection.
To be ‘thicc’ basically means you have fat in ALL the right places, thighs, butt, boobs, and many people find this attractive.
Not without reason, because biologically, a woman built like this has a good ‘child bearing’ body. And as much as many do not want to think about that during sex, it is that urge to breed which subconsciously drives us. So we can find the ‘thicc’ look very attractive.

Or course, most people don’t like to listen to long winded explanations. So it’s easier to say “Thicc means you’re big in ALL the right places. It’s a good thing as far as being attractive goes.”
