The young crime-fighting duo of Stormwave and DuraBelle once more can't seem to work as a team without Stellara around. They fall prey to another villain who would be gloating and doing his whole monologue thing - if the bunny and fox would let him get a word in edge-wise! Both heroes are much too concerned with blaming each other to pay any attention to the vast array of perils our poor ignored villain has laid out for them. And he went to all that effort, too!
