Finally, at last ! I could get Aankah out of my mind thanks to

Aankahsil is a very mysterious character who came around the Draconic War plot. She got rescued by Niktah from an Ice Trap placed by Ezra, and now, she has a distant relationship with the Army of Drehkein.
While she refused to partake in the conflict, she, however, helped them a lot thanks to her powers.
It is not a matter of raw power, but rather her psy powers. Thanks to them, the language barrier doesn't impact her, and this allowed Drehkein and her friends to communicate with Réni, during his first expedition in Ashadaar.
This ended up so well thanks to her that a formidable alliance got brought to life between Drehkein and Achii's Fleet.
Her powers helped a lot to acquire information from not very cooperative people as well. However... these psy powers also brought her troubles. Her bad Tycran habits - that is to read people like books - began to scare some members of Drehkein's army, who eventually voted for her expulsion.
Even though Drehkein firmly refused to bannish her, Aankah got shocked from this, and decided to settle in a bioluminescent underwater cave far, far away from the Headquarters.
These problems got eventually solved by Réni, who managed to talk to the two parties and find solutions.
... However... even now that the War is over, no other Tycran were found. And in Ashadaar, there is no other water dragon.
One can still see from the shores at night Aankah's shining mane dancing, but she is alone when underwater. Tycrans are already known to be a very rare specie of dragons, with only 117 individuals. Maybe Réni will find one, eventually ? Or perhaps the past she hides that much is more dire that one can imagine...
For now, even though he hates water, Réni feels so grateful toward her that he goes swimming with her sometimes... with proper equipment.
And that makes her very happy.
Size: 2.06 meters (From feet to shoulders)
Magic:
Average lightning magic, and major psy powers. Via direct eye contact, she can read people's mind as well as controlling them. This makes her eyes glow in red, making the process not very sneaky.
Temperament:
Friendly, playful and curious. She loves to read people's mind; but she is honest enough to keep secrets for herself, unless it represents a direct threat.
She is also extremely territorial and will attack whoever approach her den without her direct authorization, including her friends !
She may show herself possessive and dominative toward the persons she loves.
Likes:
Very high speed, airborne or underwater. She learnt ( or should I say... stole the knowledge :p) how to drive spaceships and she's already been racing with Réni.
Warm places like hotsprings or underwater volcanoes. Wet/humid areas.
She loves all sort of games, especially water ones.
Dislikes:
Funnily enough, she is claustrophobic, so she hates closed places. Her cave is extremely big because of this.
People who lies to her. She'll immediately know.
And trespassers. Do not even try to enter her home without her authorization.
Special traits:
She doesn't have gills. She uses her pouches to swallow water, and then performs electrolysis to create Oxygen and Hydrogen.
She stores the first and breathes it from another pouch.
She stores the latter and uses it as a weapon when necessary.
Her skin is thick and flexible. She can inflate in great proportions if she swallows a lot of water.
She cannot control her bioluminescence, but it can glow more or less depending on her mood.
