Explanation B: The Argentines are going to finish what they started in Paraguay.

we are unnable to protect a single city by 2 hours actually, so definitly we can´t go to Malvinas again even if the British aren´t lot better than us (still are super superior military). Plus the war simply would not work even if we won. UK simply would found another strategic place "to liberate it"

oh, the last time that our army went to paraguay was some really bad... Triple Alianza War, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay ( O_o ) Vs Paraguay. Paraguay ended very literally in pieces and ruins after 3 years
