Zephyrlot's sitting in a chair that's quite small reading a newspaper, trying his best to bear with Toya who is standing on a step stool and loosely tying yet another colorful band in Zeph's headfur.
Toya's diaper is pretty smelly, though, so Zeph is peeking away from his paper at the state of it, and the conversation in the scene is:
"Okay, bud, once you're done 'fixing' my hair. We're changing that diaper of yours." to which Toya replies sweetly and innocently with "Nope." with nothing but a smile on his face
