As a reminder:

Saphira after getting into this ship with Ivara , she realized that she left her satyrs behind without a goodbye. So her first thought was to go for a sending stone to let them know she will be back soon. On their way there they suddenly heard a sound. It came from a … a barrel? Saphira takes one of her tale quills and pokes it then takes off the lid. What’s in the barrel?! Zoe. Why?! She has no idea. But she opens the next barrel and Cari is there.. sleeping like a damn rock. Saphira takes Cari in her arms to get her to a bed where she can be comfortable. She then helps Zoe out of that other barrel and starts to walk away, but before she does.

Zoe: “but wait, she might want to sleep in the barrel, my sister loves barrels”

Saphira: “… fine, just bring it along then”

They make their way to the rooms. In the way there, a very annoying sound of a barrel being dragged can be heard all over the ship.

Saphira: “Ivara could you please help Zoe with carrying the barrel?”

Ivara: “No!”
Saphira: *sighs* “Please…”
Ivara: “Okay!”

While Saphira wasn’t looking Ivara casted a spell, this spell made the barrel grow legs and a face, suddenly ? This thing was running around and yipping..

Saphira: “Ivara… is this barrel alive now?”

Ivara: “Yes.”

Saphira: “How long does this effect last?”

Ivara: “well… erm… it’s permanent”

Saphira: “So you are telling me now we have a live pet barrel?”

Ivara: “Yes…”

Saphira: “I’m okay with that.

Saphira continues to walk to the room while They all follow and Ivara snaps her fingers in disapproval as she was trying to annoy Saphira and it didn’t work.
This is how Cari got herself a new pet barrel while being asleep.
