This is Carmen, she is a kopoacinth tectonic (earth) elemental. A kopoacinth is a water dwelling gargoyle, Carmen in particular has stingray qualities. Priya finds Carmen in an underwater cave in the Virgin Islands on the path shown to Priya in the psychedelic realm.

Carmen is a former nun from Mexico that was awakened during an extremely dangerous era. Carmen came to terms with what she is and hid herself from society by following the path shown to her when she first entered the psychedelic realm. Her path led her to the cave in the Virgin Islands where she more or less hibernated/meditated until Priya found her.

Carmen is a sweet and kind being with a bit of a cheeky side. She likes to joke, though unlike Priya, her jokes are often loaded with puns and are usually clean.
