Is the washer a portable job or something?
At first glance, it reminded me of a non-automatic Speed Queen that was in the basement of a house I shared during my young impoverished years.
You had to fill it by hand, plug it in to get the agitator going, then drain it by hand and refill for the rinse cycle. Then you got to put each of the garments through the roller-wringer mounted on top of the thing.
Believe it or not, these primitive washers were still being manufactured in the 1970's for export to 3rd world countries.
