That shit sucks. It pisses me off that good dogs and responsible owners are paying for the actions of bad dog owners.
My gf's city/county doesn't allow pits either, but since it's such an urbanized region it's impossible for them to enforce it. XD There's at least one pit on every street that goes unnoticed by the authorities.
