Ingredients
8-12 thaw out chicken wings (I usually do a batch of 8)
1/3 c. of hotsauce
1/2 c. of hotsauce ( 2/3 c if want saucy or even 1/3 c if you don't want it to be too messy )
1 Tablespoon of Butter
Some oil to oil up the foiled pan
A few seasonings of your desires
Needed stuff
8x8 pan
( a good size that can hold about 8-12 wings )
Foil
( does help with the cooking processing and keeps the pan from getting messy plus less work scrubbing it when doing the dishes )
A bowl
( a nice bowl, I use a container that has a lid but something you can use over and over, will use it a few times and not use like a lot of different bowls )
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 400.
2. Place 8 thawed out chicken wings in a bowl (I would use a plastic contain that can fit all 8, also do mine hot sauce can stain just warning so i use the same bowl over and over). Then season up the chicken with some seasonings (I usually use about two, some i use is garlic powder, cajun seasoning, a seafood & chicken seasoning or i use a seasoning salt and pour 1/3 c of hot sauce (I like to use all different kinds of hot sauce, one i use mainly is Frank's RedHot Sauce) cover the chicken and mix it well than set it aside while it marinades.
3. While that is set aside go ahead and get a 8x8 pan than cover it up with foil afterwards oil it with oil or spray oil. When that's over get the bowl with the chicken wings and place all of the 8 wings in the foiled pan then afterwards cover it up with foil so it's sealed up when the oven is preheated place the pan into the oven for 50 minutes.
4. While the chicken cooks up in the oven for 50 mins, get that same bowl from earlier and make sure you clean it up if you use the same bowl, because it had raw chicken but when you finish that put in a tablespoon of butter into the bowl than pour 2/3 c of hot sauce in the bowl with the butter and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds, let the butter melt and mix it well than set aside for a while.
5. When the beeper goes off after it has been 50 minutes, take out the pan and rip off the foil cover and drain out the juices that will flow in the foiled pan than get a bottle of hot sauce and drizzle some sauce over the chicken wings, not too much but enough to cover it a bit than place it back into the oven for another 15 mins afterwards when the time is up, scoop up the chicken wings from the pan into the bowl of sauce and mix it well (A reason why i use a contain so you can use a lid and shake it a bit so it will mix well and get saucy).
6. Chow down and enjoy it <3
