I finished this a while ago, but I was super stressed by the time it was done because of outside stuff, so I completely forgot about it after posting it to Twitter

Anyway, this is the ref sheet of my other Yoshi O.C, Itsuki. Long-story short, he's a long-time friend of Feather and a little aquatic-obsessed fella who has the ability to transform himself or others. Rather than being able to do it through magic like Feather can, though, he needs a specialized set of gloves that does it through nanotechnology. Because of that, his limits and the effects of the changes work a little bit differently.
