This goes just a bit over (I had to search for the prices on the "Wally Mart" website for a rough estimate), but its still a very economical dish from dreamtiger !

My lunch. Spaghetti Pie.
Plain leftover spaghetti or any kind of pasta ("GV" spaghetti $2.00)
Onion fine chopped little or as much as you like (frozen package - $ 1.25 on up, but an onion as is would be about a $1.00)
Mixed veggies ("GV" mixed peas and carrots - 0.98 c)
Leftover meat if you want or make it pure veggie ($ 2.88 for 16 oz pkg)
Diced or grated cheese ("GV" 16 oz or less is roughly 1.85)
2 Eggs (.75 c...I think :P)
1/4 c Milk (75 c...I think :P)
salt and pepper
TOTAL Cost: $ 10.50
Mix the cold pasta with onion, veggies, cheese and meat. Mix the eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Pour into pasta and mix well then put in a greased baking pan. If you don't want the pasta crunchy cover with some greased foil. Quick shot of cooking spray works great. Put in a 350 degree F over for 30 -60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Little way of taking a little of this and that and turning it into a tasty and filling meal. Enjoy.
