Hi guys!
I am finally back and semi moved in. still a few boxes that need unpacking and some errands to run, so uploads will be just a tad dicey the next week or so, but I am trying to get back to normal.

as for the creature: They are largeish creatures living on volcanic islands with black sand beaches. the golden flecks shimmer depending on how the light hits them, giving them their name. They eat, as one can guess, whatever gets washed up on the beach, but they occasionally actively fish or hunt for other small prey.

Payment has to be made withing 48H after claiming,, otherwise the adopt will go back up. holdings are possible when a good reason is given

Attention: because of tax regulatipns regarding VAT in Germany, I sadly have to ask for your address, or part of your address (country being the most important, PO box also works) and your name or initials, should you win the auction. This is not something I like to do, but sadly nescesarry, If you are unable to provide me with this information, which is understandable, I cannot sell to you and would thus ask you to not bid.

Once purchased, the character and pattern/design of this specific creature/character
gives you basic rights to them, which means you may do the following with them:
-Use them as your own character, meaning giving any name, gender, or backstory you please.
-Alter the picture as you see fit
-resell or trade them, all though I would highly appreceate it if you would not resell them for more than you bought them.
except of course if you did additional art for the character you sell with them
-Post their picture as many times and wherever you may please. Crediting me as their creator is greatly appreciated, but not nescecarry.
- you may not use them commercially (i.e. on tshirts, as a character for a movie/tv show/ game/ commercialized comic). Licenses for these uses can be purchased. please note me if interested
-I will provide you with a transparent image of the picked creature once payment is made
- the design of this character is (C) by me
