have no idea from where they are. the plate looks european, could be british? before the pandemy started see British guys here was very usual. They love the Patagonia and are educate, nice and friendly
Our only trouble with UK are of course the Malvinas Islands, but as i said, they´re educate and nice, so most of them know perfectly that are in british hands just because colonialism and antartica (in the future) , so is not hard at all to see british tourists and argentine local people as me having fun, taking photos and talking =3
other european tourists, specially czechs, german and polish ones was very easy too. and of course had some yankis too, mostly in transit to the Glaciar Perito Moreno or Puerto Madryn, saying AMERICA! WOOO! XD
Yanki tourists are always very friendly and incredibly well equipped
