Jazz! (As in the musical genre; not short for Jasmine)

A character who showed up in a relatively recent dream I had! He actually didn't look exactly like this (or have a consistent appearance at all), so this is something I kinda cobbled together from various characteristics I do remember him having at various points!

Per the dream, he's a fledgling manga artist trying to make a splash with his first story! He was also a sort of "main character's best friend" type. He's generally peppy, friendly, upbeat and positive! He tries not to let his misgivings or more negative emotions in general show, but...
