This is a commissioned YCH piece created by the artist 
gallivantcrow. A total dragon master and lighting effects specialist, I'd say. :)
The title is apparently an Oz reference that I am not personally familiar with, but 'great' and 'powerful' are definitely adjectives which a dragon like Eld would stick to. I love how monstrous and imposing he looks in the piece as it totally embodies Eld's personality. The lighting is also a very nice and realistic touch!
