Still don't have a fully working tablet, I was working on this before it started really pissing me off, and I managed to get it finished. Tomorrow I get my new tablet :3
This will be my Halloween icon, and it'll go back to grumpy Erebus once october is over. For those who don't know, this is Phanteon, my ghost eeveelution. I draw him a lot during october, he's a mischievous little thing. If curious go ahead and look at my older pics, there's a few pics of him and his moveset and pokedex entries.
