Updated his reference sheet to modernize my boyo, he's still tribal though...
This sheet features some of his magical abilities, just a sub-set from which all the others could be inferred from. So it's not just a reference sheet but also a battle sheet of sorts. Now we can expect more art involving Enitan channeling some magic and beating up some more baddies!
You stumble across part of burnt piece of parchment that was rolling through the wind. Picking it up reveals to you that the writer was skilled in calligraphy, reading it reveals that that was perhaps just one of many other things...
A Thesis In the Understanding of Magic
Magic in Ntyne makes no sense if look solely at the results of each different individual's casting. I could teach you how to cast a simple spell such as Fire and yet the results of which could be externalized in many different ways. A mage with high visual acuity, a divine mental image of what that Fire would be, will have differing results from the efforts of a commoner who merely understands that a Fire produces heat. And even if we take two mages, both with high Mysticism and set them side by side, the results will still vary.
Intensity, Force and even how long that Fire lingers in the world will differ from mage to mage. We haven't even spoken about the color of those flames either. Blue flames, white flames, red flames, orange flames, all of which seem to stem straight from the individual's being or perhaps it is their very will itself. In older times there was much speculation as to whether certain colors spoke to the soul of the person, white flames meant a certain piety and represented a cleansing while black flames a curse. As you could imagine, one could sit all day and conjure many different thoughts and descriptions as to what the full spectrum of colors that a Fire could take means, as many have before, but perhaps this very action is meaningless as a whole. We say that because it is not limited to fire as evident that many a person with bad intentions have burned people and villages with pure white flames.
Magic is partially a manifestation of your will, the effects of which could be empowered through good practice and steadfast focus. Many words of power have been noted to impart certain characteristics onto spells and since the language doesn't seem to matter much, one could only assume that it is bolstered by intent and not the literal tongue itself. So should you line up students from one end of the gates of this prestigious institute, The Campbell Guild, to the farther end and ask them all to cast Fire. What you would see is some weak, some intense, some that can not be put out but for time, blue fires, red fires, orange fires, some that seem to even consume the very air around them and some that smoke; all from the same right hand.
Even now you might think that this is quite the challenge for a scholar to interpret the meaning of, and you would be right. But the challenges do not end there. For you see the very body of a being could be the focus through which that Fire is made to manifest itself. So instead of a bare naked flame above the hand, it could be that the student's body becomes the very catalyst of the flame itself, or even perhaps the body burns indefinitely and yet still the student is never scorched! The flame itself could be held inside the body and belched forth like the venom of a dragon; truly the potential for the manifestation of a simple spell such as Fire alone seems to hold limitless potential. What wearies my colleagues is the very knowledge that so far we have only spoken about Mysticism in the former cases and Constitution in the latter and there seems to be quite a few more.
The manifestation of Strength too has it's own focus of student. Many magical abilities have been recorded through mere expression of physical effort. So too is Agility and Dexterity potentially a magical thing. The same spell of Fire becomes manifested in different ways. To speak of different ways to manifest a spell such as Fire and to neglect what we have seen from students more inclined in Restorative Magics and Magic Tolerance would do the reader a great injustice. We all think of the spell Fire as destructive but not a spell that could offer protection when manifested as a bubble of Fire or even healing as a Fire that relaxes the muscles and stills the blood.
Yet still, fire is but one spell. To write a Thesis on Magic itself would require an infinite number of lives dedicated to this task. Our vast Library alone documents some one hundred and fifty or more spells alone and only the Gods know just how many spells exist in Ntyne itself. Variations of each are all possible and we do not have enough students who know everything to test every single possibility.
In the end, an instructor can teach a student the spell Fire and the entire class could have different variants of just that spell alone. Leaving a stone untouched might mean the lost of crucial knowledge towards the understanding of Magic. That is both the beauty and curse of Magic in Ntyne.
For example, the spell Searing Light. Manifested via Mysticism projects a bright flash that does not rend metal apart but seems to burn right through cloth and leather armor. Perhaps with a fabric dense enough the user might find themselves to be unaffected however any imperfections seems to let the very light itself through, woe befalling to the wearer. It burns through the inside of the body and causes great pain. A man described the feeling as 'being split in twain' but light alone. Unlike a blade it leaves the body fully in tact but the damage is obvious to spot even from the outside. I digress before this becomes about just this spell alone but should a person more incline with Tolerance use this spell then the effect seems to differ quite substantially.

The piece of parchment is blackened, burnt beyond recognition beyond this point. As you look back you see the still smoldering stones wooden house from which you suspect the parchment blew from. The blackened top of the stone steps leading up to the wooden door that fell inside as part of the roof collapsed, seems to be the only thing that fared well in the flames.
You could only wonder about what else the writer went into detail about or even their name. You know that often times these writings are one of a kind. Perhaps finding out what happened here could lead you to knowledge of what was inside the small, once quaint home.

Trained fighters and gladiators will know to watch the weapons and the movement but perhaps this is one case where you might not want to look too closely!
He's a quite capable light manipulator so while he may not be capable of movement at the speed of light, his opponents will still find this battle to require a change from their usual tactics and a very keen eye for details. Bringing heavy plate armor helps a lot, of course.
