So, first off, I got inspiration from the cartoon Static Shock which I have never seen, so if the 'style' looks familiar, that's where I got that idea from.
So, who are they? Going from left to right
The dude in the blonde hair is Larry he is somewhat less intelligent out of the 3 friends he is submissive and thanks El Rey for the insults and slaps he is given when he is being a dumbass. He doesn't like being pressured into situations and is much more kinder of the 3. He is voiced by David Herman. He is the one you heard say 'information' in the audio
The middle dude is Walter he is more intelligent and devious of the 3 and is antagonistic, much like El Rey (sometimes) and has malicious tendencies. In El Rey's absence, he takes charge of the situation. He has an unhealthy admiration to El Rey despite his regular abuse of him. He is voiced by Maurice Lamarche
And finally we have Odgen. He is the most immature of the 3. His intelligence is extremely low and acts as if he has a mental disability he acts child-like and is very immature but can act serious when need be. He is voiced by John DiMaggio
