A lovely recipe from talakestreal !

I try to make food that stretches further. It's a lot easier to stock up on cheap on sale canned goods than it is to eat fresh sometimes. But it's easy enough to make good food! This is one of our favorite foods right now, and it's so easy to make.
Easy Pressure Cooker Recipe:
1 big can green beans and diced potatoes
1 can green beans
1 can whole new potatoes (rinse these, it gets rid of a lot of the salt)
1 package of sausage. ANY sausage. Precooked ends up with better texture, but uncooked will still turn out fine.
2 can french onion soup (actual soup. NOT THE CONCENTRATE)
Mix everything together in the pressure cooker, set it on 35 minutes. Let it cook.
Ends up quite tasty, and it's a super easy meal to make.
I usually end up eating most of the potatoes and sausage, then I'll add another pack of sausage, set that on 20 minutes, and cook the sausage in that remaining french onion and green bean mix. Food goes further.
I invested in an electric pressure cooker awhile back, and it's my favorite appliance I've ever bought. Worth every penny.
