TL;DR Ms. Phantasm is an extra dimensional entity here to observe earth. She comes from the time void and can enter and exit our timeline as she See's fit. Phantasm has her own latex product company as she really enjoys latex clothing. I am one of many 3rd dimensionals a she has taken interest in. Also it is pretty much impossible to kill her given how disconnected from time she is.

I need to draw Ms. Phantasm more and again. That hat is supposed to be a bowler hat...but I messed it up. If this character concept seems a bit complex...don't worry, it is going to get worse as time goes on. Anyone who's seen my character, Infinity, knows what I mean. I do want to push the boundaries of rational character design with all sorts of crazy extra/higher dimensional characters. I feel science fiction has so much potential. Factor in that I utterly enjoy cosmic horror and you've got a recipe for disaster, lol.
