While Dechroma may *look* small and cute most of the time, he's quite wise given his age. On the younger side for adults of his species, sure, but 200 years would put most others to shame! Perks of being a dragon, huh? Regardless, he knows how to put that knowledge to use, and he has no qualms about admonishing fresh adventurers traipsing about his forest and causing trouble. He's dallied as one himself, after all!
