yep even if we had playable Skaven females they are just as crazy as the males.
and it is too bad for when could have like these new characters in the Skaven lore like the Brides of the 13 where the counsel of 13 wives are just as evil and ruthless as their husbands.

God, I've been saying this exact same thing for years now! THANK you for finally someone else having the same thought! The 'giant fleshsack broodmother' lore is all grimdark, okay fine, but it's also limiting and plain boring. Games Workshop has an awful track record on females who aren't elves.
Even if one still sticks with a misogynist-to-the-core society where a majority of Skaven females live as slaves, wouldn't it be much more interesting if those breeding harems were hotbeds of intrigue as dangerous as any Skaven warren? Where the girls plot against one another endlessly, and even supposedly powerful males can find their throats slit in the night if they stopped being useful to their favourite squeeze?
As for Queek's wife... probably a sleek but tall blackfur who's as violently insane as he is, instead of just insane like a 'normal' Skaven. They have this tsundere love-hate thing going on, only with a higher bodycount than your average harem anime.

I think everyone has been saying this but the issue is that GW is full of Weebs. like it does not look human it has no females. or some short of Lovecraft-looking thing. like, look at how the Orks reproduce which is a new idea that is just fungus but still no females. the Lizardmen and some spawning pools and the Skaven are just Birth Tumors. no normal females around.
like, look at the so-called Cat race. there actually Anime cat people. like wtf.
If GW would see how much many some furries make we would have playable Female Skaven and Lizardmen. but no that's just wrong. yet they wonder why the fantasy version is not as Popular as the future one.

Agreed! 100% agreed, once again the same thoughts I've been mentioning elsewhere, too! Even the daemonettes they made later look silly, which is baffling if you look at the ones from the 5th edition.
Nevermind that the broodmother concept as the only She-Skaven makes no sense if one looks at some of the background lore. Because why, exactly, is it a great reward to be allowed to mate with a Birth Tumor? I doubt it feels good. And Skaven supposedly feel no familiar loyalty, so having offspring brings no benefits, it just creates rivals.
With the question about Queek's wife, it's very tempting to just take the important Skaven characters and create distaff counterparts of them, I must admit.^^ But let's see what comes to mind...
Ikit's wife is a gey-furred lab-rat in a dirty lab-coat. She's got a bun, overly large shiny round glasses and a crick in her tail, and she carries a clipboard around.
Skrolk's wife wears a nurse's outfit—what she actually looks like, nobody knows, she never takes off her surgical mask. She is very affectionate but strangely, anybody who isn't Skrolk dies soon after...
Throt doesn't have a wife. He's got a lot of them. There are entire communities made up of Throtties, a lot of whom are also his descendants. It's all a bit messed up, but what do you expect from Moulder.
Tretch's wife, he stole from the former chieftain. She's a big, strong, buff rat gal who is rather humiliated by now being with such a runt. So she tries to get him killed on ever more dangerous missions. Only, it doesn't work: he always comes out alive and well, and to her personal horror, she's growing impressed by his tenacity and maybe even starting to like him...

I doubt something as simple as not having female skaven or lizardmen is making the series less popular, there are female beastmen after all but you see much more fanart of female skaven than you do the beasty girls. Although there is Blood Bowl if you really wanna see girl versions of them, plus orcs. :P
I have a feeling the Female Skaven would be more cunning, and crafty, on the knowledge that they know they are a rare percentage that didn't end up a mindless bloated breeder beast.
Also probably more vengeful, and very likely to resent other races females for not suffering as much as they do in that area.
