This concept was floating around in my head for a long time. I was always fascinated by the way our communication methods evolved over the last few decades. And of course, we get a
summercat cameo.
And yes, each panel is actually based on a moment from my real life.

Mobile phones today: battery lasts a day at most and if you drop it or something on your phone you have to be afraid that you will get the Spiderman app or worse. Instead, they can do almost anything, such as internet, listening to music, taking or storing photos, etc...
Mobile phones from back then: if you drop them, you have to be afraid that the floor will break sooner than the mobile phone. Battery lasted some five to a week on a single charge. (Maybe someone knows what model I'm talking about) Couldn't do anything except make calls and text. At most you could play Snake on your cell phone, for example, if the respective model allowed it.
This was my little digression on the subject of mobile phones.
