A funny idea I just had: This demon isn't screaming. It's just asking why every time it comes to visit, everyone runs and hides from it, or attacks it, or something similar. It just sounds like mindless shrieking because no one in this dimension can understand it.

The skin is misfiting, the eyes are in the wrong place, every piece looks like it doesn't belong to the other.

When they were told to get the heart, I was imagining many classic demons and monsters, wondering what they would look like in your style.
I can't recall the last time I was this surprised by a unique design, and I love it.
Now to impatiently wait for the next page.

Very good design on the monster. There's definitely an aesthetic of 'mister potato head gone SO VERY wrong' to my perception.

Wait... They were told to bring the witch its heart - which implies fighting it. With the way the rest of Diafthoron's body has been mucked up, how can we be certain that the heart is actually in the avatar we're seeing?

Digression: looking back at the last page and this one, the 'shattered pentagram rebuilt wrong' summoning circle works so well with the demon design.
