Pangy no feel good....*snerf* *ugh*...blegh....
Ingredients:
2 celery sticks, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic from jar
1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
leftover pork roast chopped into cubes
1 vegetable stock cube
2 ounces worth of water
Your choice of noods (I used egg noodles but feel free to use what you like)
All you need is one large stockpot - coat the bottom with the olive oil...
Saute your veggies until translucent, add stock cube and pork roast cubes...
Add water and get to boil...then add your noodles, cook another 5 minutes, and then youre done.
Enjoy *sneezes in tissue* ergf ugh....
