Trying to experiment with old non-iRay models and reskin them to make them usable again. This crocodile one worked out really, really well.

You can convert the material to i-ray. Click on the iray uber shader while holding ctrl with the materials selected in surfaces.

Yep. That's the first step. There's still a lot of work to do beyond that. The colours are often washed out, and in this case, the bump map was very lacking. It was actually fun trying to get that rough texture working.

Also try the normal map for bumps.
