Student driver made a left in front of oncoming motorcycle, was unable to avoid a collision. Fortunately the damage was minimal and only a sore shoulder for the injuries.
The crossmember should be straight (bottom right) and not a wet-noodle S (bottom left). Left side main cage was touching the fork boot until I pulled it out, should be about four fingers of space there!
Thanks to assistance from local fur I was able to disassemble this and square it up in just an hour or so. Typical KLR style it now has some zip-tie stitches on the radiator shroud.
