Meine gefesselten Lieblingstiger 7 : Shir Khan (anime)
This is an anthro version of Shir Khan from the anime version of the Jungle Book. As a kid I feared this version of the tiger much more then the Disney version to be honest. Well the anime was closer to the source material then Disney.
But there was one thing I allready loved back then, that was the trumped theme that announced Shir Khan´s arrival in the tv show. Here an extended version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fxsyrif0U50

It won´t end good to let those two Shir Khans face each other. While the Disney Khan is a cold blooded businessman, who errupts rather rarely into rage, the anime Khan is a fast forward short tempered fella, who draws blood really soon.
Exchanging words would heat up the one to the left and maybe a little cool down the right one. And when their mood on the exact same level... "dann fliegen die Fetzen" (german for, then things go wild)

This version of Sher Khan does look altogether more imposing and fierce than the Disney version and from the glare and wagging tail does look to be rather displeased about his captivity. He does look to have maintained his dignity though more that he's preparing himself to unleash his anger as soon as he gets a moment to break free.
Whereas Sher Khan from Talespin is certainly ruthless and would be calculating in exacting revenge, I think with this version of him that he'd just be more likely to exact some violent and bloody revenge. I could imagine the two of them glaring across at each other from opposite cells, likely seeing the other as a dangerous adversary to be respected but also agreeing on feeling disdain for the Disney version.
Listening to the theme in the link provided that's a fine piece of music.

Most likely, most likely *nods*
Shir Khan´s anime music theme is one out of two of my favourite trumpet pieces, the other one is Pazu´s morning call trumpet play from "Laputa - Castle in the Sky"

Thanks much for the nice compliment *bows*
I try to stand true to their original personality by giving them clothes for their anthro forms, that suit them most. This Shir Khan fights a lot in the anime and when he makes his appearence, he makes sure to present his full body from all sites to his opponent. Thus led me to this India jungle-fighter garments^^

Been meaning to watch that version of Jungle Book for a while, I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy it, since at least the visual part is quite appealing to me.
Great work on this one! I love how clearly pissed he is at whoever dared to put him into this situation... On that note, perhaps that person should reinforce the ropes and gag, just to be sure ~
