one morning luna a 21 year old grey wolf strugling with incontinence after a car accident on her way to colledge heads to a discord server dedicated to abdls in secret afraid her parrents would find out and cast her out of the pack but a week ago her friend lulu told her about abdl life and how it can help cope with her incident as well as relax much to lunas discomfort but she listened anyway.

luna gets up and heads to her friends house and knocks on the door softly and when lulu opens the door she notices luna is on the verge of crying and brings her up to her room and sits down with her best friend

lulu--- whats wrong

luna--- i feel like a freak im 21 fuking years old and i.. cant stop.... agghhg..

luna sticks her tail between her legs as a soft scent of urine fills the air and lulu sighs softly and nuzzles luna

lulu--- your not a freak hun you know im a skunk right... and that we spray alot right

luna nods softly

lulu---- because of that i wear diapers ....scented and odor canceleing diapers but i still wear them

luna---- no you dont id know if you were wearing them because they make alot of noise

lulu chuckles softly and lifts her skirt showing a hot pink diaper with princess designs on the front and luna goes silent and begins to oaugh alittle

luna ---im sorry i didnt mean to... its just

lulu---we have been friends for 6 years i know your not beeing malicious about it .. its ok to need diapers or pull ups in your case but you should think about diapers they are more comfortable.. why are you so dead set against abdl stuff though im curious

luna---my parrents think its stuff only pedos and degenerates are into.....

luna begins to cry and lulu shoves a pacifier into lunas mouth much to her shock and she begins to fuss alittle but promptly falls asleep exausted from school hsopsital visits and work the pacifer lulls luna swiftly

( 4 hours later)

luna wakes up gut churning and grumbling and she shoots up to walk to the bathrom but trips over her tail landing on her chest prompting a steady flow of moist warm borwn mess to fill the seat of her pull up tail flagged right infront of lulu

lulu---you ok hun ... i was comeing to wake you but...


lunas face turns red as she blushes softly


luna---......uh....im not constipated anymore.....

lulu---- your only having bladder troubles right

luna--- yea.. it was on... only my blader that gut messed up...d,dont tell anyone i said this but i..i actualy like how that felt.... do you have any of my extra pull ups from our last girls night

she head to her closet and opens it up then walks out to let luna change then they spend the night chatting after dinner and before going to bed hop onto the abdl discord


luna howler---..im back..sorry for bolting so suddenly i was just so overwhelmed and exausted that i wanted to go to my friends house ..aand it turns out shes an abdl to.. he he and she shoved a damed pacifer in my mouth whil we were talking witch i wasnt thriled about but it was oddly calming..

moma collie---not biologicly but ive taken to becoming his care taker his family was abusive and when he was 18 he moved out and moved in with me because i told him id take care of him since then ive helpe dhim with lots of things including getting him enrolled into online colledge

yea and i ..i can sometimes be a hand full because of my nightmares...

luna howler---i have nigmares often about my car accident...its part of teh reason im here now im in pull ups because my bladder was ruined....but i...i think im abit more open to abdl stuff...i kind of soiled my self today i took laxitive sthis morning because ive been backe dup all week so... when i triped over my tail it all came out
