You might not remember this guy, but thats mostly because he looks a lot different from how he appeared long, long ago.
But this would be Tex, also known as TXX.
To most of you that will mean nothing. But for those who do, you'll know.

TXX is a mysterious mastermind seemingly working behind the infamous "Project X" to help puppet a selection of strange creatures known as Test Subjects to their freedom through any horrific means neccesary. Be it half drowning in rooms filled with ancient, coagulated blood to torturing some poor amnesiatic lost husk of a revolutionary to try and force some kind of recollection of a previous rebellion plot.

But that was a long time ago.
