Heeeey, he is super handsome! I love how expressive his face is and the way you mixed those saurian designs together for the character. The colors are super, super lovely, as are the details in his feet and those long-clawed hands. The feathers across his body are really pretty, too, and I absolutely adore that neat little ruff of bigger feathering he has! Really amazing work, and it really showcases your ability to design and bring characters to life!
