A raffle prize my friend
Jason-Tora won from 
Takinoue a year ago or so. I can't think of the best scenario here, but basically Billy goes out drinking with an old friend and they wear diapers as a precaution, since they aren't exactly lightweights (and yes Billy IS diapered here). Taki did an adorable job here, I must say. I reccommend you check out his art if you like pokemon and babs!
