When practicing, Rosie often wears a black, sleeveless dobok with turquoise trim around the openings. It's made out of durable, waterproof, yet sleek material that's handy for slipping out of tight squeezes, furthering complimenting an anti-grapple fighting style.

On that note, Rosie practices a personalized Starmorph martial art called Gael Ra Soomale Rore. This translates to 'Fast and Joyous Style' in their ancient tongue. It encourages a super-fast defense in which she uses her speed to adapt and evade her opponent's attacks and overwhelms them with fast combination attacks. Getting the opponent disoriented and or dizzy is an extra plus! It has a wide technique pool of moves she's learned during her travels, including punches, soft-fisted strikes, spin attacks, throws, and lots of kicks! Furthermore, through the use of Dormant Energy, Rosie can crank up her defensive play with ninja-esque techniques, such as Warping, Invisibility, Duplication, and Substitution! By real-world standards, it's akin to a mix between Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Ninjutsu. Rosie can even further amplify this with her Aura energy, empowering her moves and making her even more of a tricky opponent to fight.
